Great relationships are the core of Abaron's business. Abaron only works with people we know well and trust completely.

We're growing this section as we pull in the photos and biogs but in the meantime here's some Abaron people and a little bit about them and their experience.

Ben Whur

Ben is Abaron's founder and evolved the practice from his own consultancy in late 2009. He isn't easily phased (except by snakes) but don't be fooled by the laid back style, he loves nothing better than to take on a major challenge, although his preference is for mental rather than too much physical exertion!

Prior to running his own consultancy and interim practice Ben had a very successful career in the Not for Profit sector delivering major change programmes. He's a great all rounder having worked in most sectors and a huge variety of roles. He has a 'get stuck in' practical approach to work.

Tim Isaacs

Tim has a unique skill set, brilliant programme management combined with really good fun children's TV presenter! Tim and Ben met in 2003 and have worked with each other on and off ever since.
 
Tim completed his degree in Management & Computing with a year as an Intern in Boston in the US. He worked in a number of senior technology based delivery roles before moving into social housing after him and Ben discovered they were on the same sponsored walk. Tim's programme delivery ability quickly became legend and over the next 4 years he took on a diverse portfolio from major relocations to managing the communication and customer services programmes eventually becoming Director of Programmes for a larger group.

The dynamic duo reformed in 2008 when Tim joined Ben on a major shared service programme in UK Central Government running the service and delivery programmes. Tim continues to demonstrate his ability to drive great performance, achieve major improvements and keep everyone laughing and smiling J
