Abaron is an interim and consulting practice specialising in supporting organisations through successful business change and development. Our principal and associates have many years of experience delivering successful outcomes. Abaron supports a wide and diverse range of organisations. We have extensive experience in the Not for Profit, public and private sectors at the most senior levels. Abaron can help in a number of ways. We are always happy to discuss your requirements and guide you through what will be the best fit. It can be as simple as reviewing a business plan to providing an interim Chief Executive to support you at a time of critical business change. Abaron operates as part of a network of small consultancy and interim practices. We know each other by reputation and work together to fulfill assignments, matching the best people, with the best skills to deliver the best results. This means that Abaron is usually able to help find the right person or connect you to the right practice. Early Summer News! It's belt tightening time! With the coalition already announcing their intention to make £6.2 billion of cuts in the current financial year it wont be long before the UK's Not for Profit sector starts to feel the impact. Many small organisations are used to changes in the funding but here at Abaron we think this time it may just be harder and sharper. The deficit is big and the coalition seem determined to bring public sector spending back in line. As ever the trick is to plan ahead. Changes made to your service when you are on the back foot tend to have long term unintended affects. Core costs and staffing are always the trickiest and this is where we at Abaron hope to be able to help. We have plenty of experience helping organisations review their core costs and structures and even looking at outsourcing as an option. But if you are a small UK base charity then you could be eligible for Abaron's help for free! Abaron has launched its FREE SUPPORT initiative for small UK based charities. Abaron will provide two or more small organisations with free support on any project of their choice. Projects need to support people who are at risk of discrimination and social exclusion.
